I’m Conor. Software engineer by day, organic farmer by passion. Since 2022, I’ve been building Yellow Belly Farm, a small-scale certified organic market garden on 3 acres in Midleton, East Cork.
The focus is simple: healthy soil, real biodiversity, and genuinely fresh fruit and vegetables for the people of Cork. No shortcuts, no synthetics, just good growing done properly.
Four years in, the farm has grown into something I’m really proud of. And in 2026, we’re finally launching our veg box scheme. Stay tuned. Online orders opening early June
