We’re Hiring: Organic Market Gardener (Part-Time)
Yellow Belly Farm is growing and we’re looking for someone to grow with us.
We’re a 3-acre certified organic market garden in Midleton, supplying fresh vegetables, herbs and salads to our local community. 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year: we’re launching a vegetable box subscription, opening a farm shop on the farm, and later in the summer, welcoming guests to our new glamping retreat.
We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated grower to join us from mid-February on a part-time basis (20-25 hours/week). This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of the growing operation – planning, sowing, harvesting, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll also be involved in packing veg boxes, stocking the farm shop, and occasional local deliveries.
